For whatever reasons i couldn't see even my own stuff has seen to have fixed itself.?

Can you at least see the front page of my blog?

Here is some trouble shooting answers, courtesy of Beyonder.

Try right click and show picture. or

If you use firefox, just right click on the image and select "view image".
If you use internet explorer, right click on the image, properties, copy the exact URL of the image and post it in the address bar and press enter.

If using firefox. try this.

After looking through some of the pages on this forum and contemplating the image problem you are having, I believe that I may have found what is causing the problem.

First off, I found this weblog / forum through your postings on the Comixfan forums, and the covers and preview pages for New X-Men all look exceptionally nice. Also, having some experience in creating web pages / web design, I thought I might be able to figure out what is causing the problems.

It seems the problems with images is this. The only images which do not display on this forum are the ones which are hosted on the http://photos1.blogger.com server. This seems to be the place where you store all of the pictures for your weblog, which is also located on the blogger.com servers.

However, although your weblog is hosted by blogger, this forum is not, and is instead located at http://www.activeboard.com. It is usually the policy of major sites such as blogger.com to not allow images that are hosted on their servers to be located on outside webpages. Looking through the help files on blogger.com, I found this message, which seems to confirm this policy:

Can the images be included on other webpages?

If you use Blogger to publish to an external site, we will FTP the images you choose to your external server. If your blog is hosted on Blog*Spot, we will host the images for you (for free). The images we host for you can only be displayed on Blog*Spot sites.

As such, any pictures on this forum which are hosted on the blogger.com servers will not display. The reason that the "right click - view image" technique works is because when someone does this, their browser is directly connecting to the blogger.com servers and they leave the activeboard.com website when doing so. This is also the reason why the images do display correctly on the main page of your weblog, as that is located on the blogger.com servers.

The only real way to correct this is to have the pictures for the forum hosted on another site that does allow images from their servers to be included on other sites. Although I have no personal knowledge of sites that do this, it does look like you have had some success with hosting pictures on photobucket.com, judging from the picture in the post directly above this one, which does display.

Thanks for the diagnois. i guess i will start having to host my picture for the forum on Photo bucket, unless i can figure something else out.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Photobucket is down for some reason so i am unable to post any images right now. As soon as it lets me i will update the galleries. thanks!
